ASK FOR MIRACLES.
FOLLOW THE MAGIC.
inviting, opening. new lines on my face, smiles.

did you take a journey? did make it to a place where the land shimmers? a twinkling wonderland emerges from our dreams– our eyes widen, we look at each other— are we awake? are we really here? what is this place? no crowds. just us.
we enter the rainbow portal together.

when the weather call for rain: you’ll get a misty moody magic valley all to yourself.
campsite. mist. story time.

———-changed——-alchemy—we take two days to travel through the valley by bike. generally we’re hiking up and out, but my ankle’s not quite there… we explore what’s just around us. we dig deep– chilly weather blessing us with solitude in the holy of holy’s/
we stop and play wherever we want, crossing bridges, stopping at beaches, climbing rocks– we saw so much of this valley–
we rode through villages filled with campfire smoke and stoney seasonal employees…
*fun fact: i was hired on to work at yosemite after high school but went to work at crater lake instead.
we inhabit this valley.

i think we’ve changed a lot from last year’s yosemite trip. it’s like a ring on oak wood: how much have we grown?
Hi Rainbow portal inviter. We drove in as you drove out! and it was so sad to go to your empty camping site. but we saw the bus. it was our best ever trip to Yosemite because we brought our bikes! and we went there because you beckoned us to enjoy your private sanctuary. Thank you just now seeing these beautiful photos and thoughtful words…..in India on the big screen of our new lap top.
